Here you'll find all the info you'll need about how we ship your orders.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard 2nd Class Delivery is FREE on orders of £20 or over, up to 2kg in weight or starts from £3.10 for orders under £20. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class once dispatched. Please note dispatch is normally within 24 hours of receiving your order (possibly a little longer on weekends or holidays).

Deliveries will be made within 2-4 working days after you place your order, e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday. Order tracking is available by selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout (detailed below).

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee deliveries on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY/SATURDAY TRACKED DELIVERY

UK Next Working Day Delivery starts at £8 and like our other shipping options, the price is weight dependent. Your order will be delivered via the Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm service. The service is usually delivered by the next working day but there is a possibility that delivery gets delayed, dependent on things out of our control for example the time an order is placed, in this case Joe's Drumsticks accepts no responsibility and the customer is not automatically entitled to a refund full or partial.

If you order by 2pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day. If you order before 2pm on Friday, your order will usually be processed and delivered by Saturday but you should expect it by the following Monday, orders after 2pm on a Friday will be processed on the day and usually delivered by Tuesday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods in the following week.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

EU AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Joe's Drumsticks offers standard and trackable international delivery which is again subject to weight (Currently only up to 2kg).

Joe's Drumsticks currently offers free shipping on E.U orders over £20 (€ equivalent) & North American over £50 ($ equivalent) orders up to 2kg weight. For international Free Shipping we use Royal Mail International Standard service.

For orders heavier than 2kg going to EU, EEA or North American destinations the order is subject to possibility and my be declined & refunded if delivery proves economically impossible. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail Standard Service and usually takes 7-10 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

TERMS OF POSTAGE

If you opt for standard delivery (which in the UK isn't a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, JoesDrumsticks.com will not be obliged to re-ship your order or make a claim on your behalf.

If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, JoesDrumsticks.com will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method or re-ship the original order.

Royal Mail doesn't class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.

All standard parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 2pm. However, any parcel placed after 4pm using any other service will only be dispatched on the next working day. You will not be eligible for a refund on the postage if you misread the wording on our shipping policy and your order was placed after the cut off time and dispatched on the next working day using the service paid for.

We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays!

PS... VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRE-ORDERS / MADE-TO-ORDER PURCHASES.

If your order contains a PRE-ORDERED item(s) including MADE-TO-ORDER items, your order will be held until the full order can be fulfilled. However, if you wish to have your other items sent to you, please email info@joesdrumsticks.com and we will do our best to dispatch your order in two separate parcels.
